HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURANCE
We participate in a BCN Platinum Health & Dental Plan. The cost to employees is $100/month. If you wish to cover dependents, The Lunch Room will cover $100/month of that expense.
We offer a Simple IRA to all our employees. If you choose to enroll, you select the percentage of your paycheck you wish to contribute to your retirement account and The Lunch Room will match it up to 3%.
We encourage you to take care of yourself. To that end, we will offset your membership at a gym, or other fitness activity, with comes out to about a $40/month allowance.
We participate in the Get Downtown! Program and will provide you with a free AATA bus pass (which will get you to work and back) upon request.
PAID SICK TIME
For every 30 hours you work, you will earn one hour of sick time. For instance, if you are a full-time (40 hours/week) worker, then you will accumulate 69.33 hours of sick time in a year… which is 8.66 full-time days.
