Second Course - Salad: Arugula, maple roasted quince, sweet potato, & red beets, with tofu queso fresco, toasted pepitas, spiced balsamic  

Third Course: Pumpkin Gnocchi, pecan brown butter, fried sage, cashew chevre

Fourth Course: Cider Glazed Seitan Roulade with wild mushrooms, leeks, & squash with mashed potatoes,  chantrelle sherry gravy, fried brussels sprouts

Fifth Course: Cheese plate with figs, spiced pear butter, marcona almonds, housemade crackers
